When a couple of buds and I became independent contractors...


...I set up my own LLC (since I had just taken every undergraduate accounting course (humble brag) with a 4.0 average...lol). One of the guys hired a CPA who IMHO, must have slept with her professors in college and the proctor of the CPA exam. I'm not exaggerating when I say I thought she was "accounting illiterate."

There are so many great accountants out there, so don't waste your time or money on a "sub par" performer.
